In my opinion this is very similar to PTC but with a twist : ) . You download a bar - size of a regular banner and it will be on your screen as long as you are online. You enter security code once in a while-this is how they check if you are online or if you just keep the computer on. This works best for those who use internet for a long time, theres no activity needed aside from entering a code once in 30minutes or 1 hour.
If you will leave your desk for more than 30 minutes you can close the bar and just sign-in again.
So far they are safe, my friend who uses this have 5 bars running and havent encountered problem with her computer yet.
I tried to use 4 but eventually use only EuroKdo because the payout is only 5Euros-YES they pay in Euros because they are based in Europe. It also has referral program that goes 10 levels deep. I tried ECbarre,Moneycashbar,Smartbarre and Tazzbarre but it seems they are now filtering out some countries because most advertisers uses French. But so far I can use Eurokdo.
In my opinion the reason its not widely used is because its in French. If you are interested you can use the following terms and youre ready to earn from them too.
